Q1Is AI just hype?
Mostly, yes — the loud part is. Small-business AI adoption actually dropped, because most of it was sold as magic and delivered as a headache. I don't sell magic. I use AI to do one honest thing: let one person commit to a fixed price and a 21-day build without cutting corners. You never touch a tool.
Q2What if I'm not technical?
Good — you shouldn't have to be. You're not becoming a computer person. You text me a change, and it's done by lunch. The whole point is that the technical part is my job, not yours.
Q3Why you and not a big agency?
An agency gives you an account manager, a slide deck, and a quote you have to ask for. I give you a price on this page, a phone number that reaches me, and one person who remembers your name. Working small is the point here, not a limitation you're settling for.
Q4What happens if I cancel the Care Plan?
The site is yours — you own it either way. Cancel and you keep everything built; you just stop getting the hosting, backups, monitoring, and 5 edits a month. No hostage-taking, no fine print. You can come back whenever you want.
Q5How do I know you won't disappear?
Because the deal is built so I can't. You pay half up front and half only when the site is live — you finish paying for something you can already click. There are six dated checkpoints along the way, and I'm one name in your community, not an anonymous vendor. If I vanished, you'd have your homepage on Day 7 and half your money still in your pocket.
